NutritionPlaza usually ships in 1-2 working days. The shipping fee will be flat rate $5.95 per package for U.S. domestic shipping cost and $14.75 international shipping cost.
For orders being shipped to Military or MP, VI, GU, PR, HI & AK, we usually will add $6.95 for the S&H. If the items are too heavy, we will call or E-mail you the actual shipping fee. ( This addresses can't use free shipping promotions)
Please note: If you place your order on Friday and choose Next Day Air Shipping, the order will be delivered on the following Monday, (NOT Saturday). If you do need Saturday Delivery, please pay $15 extra and call in for the order.

In the event of returning a Free Shipping Item there is a mandatory $6.99 deduction off your total refund.
In the event of customer changes their mind, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ship back to us. If customer refues to receive the package, the shipping fee is not refundable. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned product.
